McGill will co-operate in search for unmarked graves on Royal Victoria Hospital site.
McGill University said Monday it is ready to cooperate with governments and Indigenous leaders to explore whether there are any unmarked graves of Indigenous children on the property of the former Royal Victoria Hospital.
“Recently some Indigenous community members raised concerns about the possible presence of unmarked graves on portions of the former hospital site,” university spokesperson Frédérique Mazerolle said by email.
