Winnipeg, le 9 janvier 2023. C’est avec bonheur et fierté que les présidences du CDEM et de l’AMBM annoncent la nomination de Mme Madeleine Arbez à titre de nouvelle directrice générale du CDEM.

Présentement à l’emploi de Francofonds, Mme Arbez intégrera graduellement son nouveau poste à partir de janvier pour endosser ses fonctions à temps plein dès le 1er mars 2023.

« Francofonds est une institution de première importance pour la francophonie manitobaine et pour nos municipalités. En concertation avec Francofonds, nous appuierons une transition souple et adaptée aux circonstances, afin que Madeleine puisse mener avec succès l’exercice de levée de fonds en cours et appuyer la fondation jusqu’à l’arrivée en poste d’une nouvelle direction. Nous en profitons pour encourager le plus grand nombre de personnes à participer à la campagne de levée de fonds actuelle », déclare M. Ivan Normandeau, président de l’AMBM.

It is with great pleasure and pride that the presidents of the CDEM and the AMBM announce the appointment of Ms. Madeleine Arbez as the new Executive Director of the CDEM.

Currently employed by Francofonds, Ms. Arbez will gradually move into her new position starting in January and will assume her full-time duties on March 1st, 2023.

“Francofonds is an important institution for Manitoba’s Francophone community and for our municipalities. In consultation with Francofonds, we will support a smooth and responsive transition so that Madeleine can successfully complete the current fundraising exercise and support the Foundation until new leadership is in place. We would like to take this opportunity to encourage as many people as possible to participate in the current fundraising campaign,” says Mr. Ivan Normandeau, AMBM President.
