Last week, we had a room full of excellent entrepreneurs/founders and we discussed leadership in business; intentions, and values. Here is one of the comments we received after the class “I started small, but now my business is growing big. And I feel really good about that – because I made it happen by sticking to my values and starting with the things I could be good at . . . like writing and marketing.”

Leadership is more than mobilizing people to work towards a common goal, you must be accountable and open to trying new things. You must reflect your brand’s integrity in how you reason and act – Feedbacks are important. Respect others’ opinions. Build a healthy work relationship with your employees; Everyone has to face the deadline for submittal… why not make it a fun challenge with your employees and get them engaged?
