    – Brief information about Harry MAKSYMCHUK, President & CEO of ATLANTIA Housing Solutions-AHS

Over the past 20 years, Harry has assisted Governments in acquiring mass housing techniques /
technologies for their people (Cuba, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and most recently with a First
Nations Community in Manitoba) all through humanitarian initiatives.

He has built model units for Cuba, Vietnam and Sri Lanka demonstrating and instilling volume housing technologies. Founder of HARRMAKK Enterprises Ltd. which has been ongoing since 1998. (Shelved in 2011) – Founder of
MAKWIN Housing Systems Inc. – Currently being renamed as ATLANTIA Housing Solutions.

He has excellent people skills with experience in developing and the implementation of training
programs to assist manufacturing facilities related to these fields utilizing strong intuitive thinking skills.

So, the President & CEO of ATLANTIA Housing Solutions-AHS, members of his frontline team and other company experts have worked and trained nationals for several years in various companies and several countries around the world.

Au cours des 20 dernières années, Harry a aidé les gouvernements à acquérir des techniques de logement de masse /
technologies pour leur peuple (Cuba, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam et plus récemment avec un First
Nations Unies au Manitoba) par le biais d’initiatives humanitaires.

Il a construit des unités modèles pour le Cuba, le Vietnam et le Sri Lanka qui démontrent et inculquent des technologies de logement en volume. Fondateur de HARRMAKK Enterprises Ltd. qui existe depuis 1998. (Abandonné en 2011) – Fondateur de MAKWIN Housing Systems Inc. – Renommé actuellement ATLANTIA Housing Solutions.

Il a d’excellentes compétences relationnelles avec une expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de la formation programmes pour aider les installations de fabrication liées à ces domaines en utilisant de solides compétences de pensée intuitive.

Ainsi, le PDG de ATLANTIA Housing Solutions-AHS, les membres de son équipe de première ligne et les autres experts de la compagnie ont travaillé et formé des nationaux depuis plusieurs années dans diverses compagnies et plusieurs pays à travers le monde.

1 / – The new ATLANTIA Housing Solutions Inc (abbreviated AHS) site will be presented to you in the coming days. This release will therefore be considered as the official launch phase of the company’s activities. And in the meantime, kindly continue to take the public information located on the MAKWIN Housing Solutions website, https://www.makwinhs.com/

2 / – All our thanks and congratulations to a Head of African diplomatic missions for his country to Canada, which allowed record participation of more than 65 people (General managers and other construction experts) from government institutions residing in this African country. They, therefore, took part, for approximately 1h30, in the 3rd virtual and private presentation of ATLANTIA Housing Solutions-AHS initiated by this Head of Missions to Canada. Other private meetings will continue.

3 / – After the launch of our new site, ATLANTIA Housing Solutions will begin to set up its technical center, from which the basic material and equipment will leave by sea to countries outside Canada. This center will be located in the Canadian province of New Brunswick, in the Atlantic region.

It will also be the place where a construction model using these technologies will be implemented before the end of 2021.

At the appropriate time, we will inform and invite dignitaries and other figures (Canadians and foreigners) to come and take part in this inauguration. Then it will be the effective start of this transfer of Technologies through a “License Agreement” for mass housing implementation for interested countries including Canada.

4 / – Without citing these countries for the moment, we would like to thank certain characters residing in countries other than Canada and Africa who are already in contact with the President & CEO of ATLANTIA Housing Solutions-AHS in order to position themselves, in anticipation, to be among the first who will be able to receive the transfer of these technologies in their sub-regions.

Cette sortie sera donc considérée comme la phase de lancement officiel des activités de la compagnie. Et en attendant, merci de continuer de prendre les informations publiques localisées sur le site de MAKWIN Housing Solutions, https://www.makwinhs.com/

2/- Tous nos remerciements et félicitations à l’endroit d’un Chef de missions diplomatiques africaines de son pays au Canada, lequel a permis une participation record de plus de 65 personnes (Directeurs généraux et autres experts en construction) d’institutions gouvernementales résidant dans ce pays d’Afrique. Ils ont donc pris part, pour environ 1h30, à la 3eme présentation virtuelle et privée d’ATLANTIA Housing Solutions-AHS initiée par ce Chef de missions au Canada. D’autres rencontres privées se poursuivront.

3/- Après le lancement de notre nouveau site, ATLANTIA Housing Solutions débutera la mise en place de son centre technique, d’où partiront par mer le matériel et équipement de base à destination des pays hors du Canada. Ce centre sera localisé dans la province canadienne du New Brunswick, dans la région de l’atlantique.

Ce sera aussi l’endroit ou un modèle de construction par ces technologies sera implanté avant fin 2021.

Au moment approprié, nous informerons et inviterons les dignitaires et autres personnages (Canadiens et étrangers) de venir prendre part à cette inauguration. Puis ce sera le démarrage effectif de ce transfert de technologies par le biais d’un «Accord de licence» pour la mise en œuvre de logements de masse pour les pays intéressés dont le Canada.

4/- Sans citer ces pays pour le moment, nous remercions certains personnages résidant dans d’autres pays que le Canada et l’Afrique qui sont déjà en contact avec le PDG d’ATLANTIA Housing Solutions-AHS afin de se positionner, par anticipation, pour être parmi les premiers qui pourront recevoir le transfert de ces technologies dans leurs sous-régions.
